TheForkUserDelicious food made with passion by chef Daporta (who was there and served some of the dishes himself) using local produce. A good balance of wow effect and traditional gastronomic experience. We went for the full wine menu made of local wines and it didn’t disappoint! 😋

TheForkUserWe arrived (party of 5) for the last resevation spot at 10:30pm... after a warm welcome, we noticed that everyone in Silabario team was like it was the first spot: fresh looking, smiling and happy for being serving us!!! Coming from Caribbean (Dominican Rep) we really appreciate this attitude, because announces that great things follows... and we was 100% correct!! After being seated in a very comfortable table, with a great view of huge Christmas light decoration in streets of Vigo nearby... the Chef & Owner Alberto Gonzalez Prelcic gave us the welcome and all explanations about the menu options and of course , the formal protocol about allergies, we start making jokes with him, in a very candid conversation!About the wine, main food and desserts, all was simply fantastic, (another partner of the table will write about the food!) and with continuous bread to cleanse the palate after each of the dishes, we have a night of great flavors, textures and presentations with amazing team!!
